As a property owner, I became frustrated with the lack of service and accountability that I had experienced with my
property management company, so I decided that the best way to get the job done efficiently and to my satisfaction
was to start my own property management company. I developed a website, www.godisneyvacation.com and started
to rent my first 3 bedroom condo myself. Over the past five years the business has grown and we now own and
manage 22 vacation homes near Disney, including 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom condos all within a short distance from Walt
Disney World.
With our success in renting out our existing portfolio of properties, we would like to offer a limited number of property
owners the opportunity to utilize our property management services. We do not offer any guarantees as to the
number of nights per year we will rent your property, instead we vow to treat your property as our own and give you
the same service level that we have for our own homes.
Our rental contract is on a month-to-month basis. This gives us an opportunity to show you what we are capable of,
and at the same time allows you the choice to continue to use our services only if you are satisfied. We will not make
a profit until you do, so we have incentive to rent out your property as often as possible.
Our property management services include advertising your property and generating guest inquiries, collecting
payments in a timely manner (full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival), booking and scheduling rentals,
scheduling cleanings, hotel standards compliance and guest emergency services, and all guest related customer
services. We charge a 25% booking commission and only get paid when you do. Other management companies in
the area charge as much as 40% commission rate and a host of other exorbitant fees every month.
Our main website, Go Disney Vacation, has a Google page rank of 3 and we are on page one of any search that
includes the keywords “Disney” and “condo” on all of the major search engines. We also utilize other websites that
we own, including Go Disney Vacation Homes, Vacation Rentals Orlado Florida and Disney Condo Rental. We have
our properties listed on the most popular vacation home websites such as VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) and
vacationhomes.com. Our past guests have been a great source of referrals and we have an international clientele
from our website inquiries.
